Profile: I consider myself to be a cook. After many years of sweating it out in the trenches (working the line), I am now a creator of smoothies and sorts. Not really sure what my title is any more, my card says Chef operator. So I am the Chef Operator at Superfood Bar New Orleans. My life right now involves creating tasty dishes, smoothies, and snacks that revolve around a highly raw diet. I'm not exactly a raw foodist, just a healthy eater. My goal is to have a raw restaurant in New Orleans one day.
